TITLE EXAMINER
As a Title Examiner, Junnel Leoni researches real estate records and examines property titles for Envision. His focus is to ensure that the title is free and clear of any complication and cure any issues that could cloud title. Junnel comes to Envision with over 2 years of experience in the Title Industry. He has excelled as an examiner and is eager to grow his knowledge in all aspects of real estate. Junnel spends his free time with his wife, playing basketball and shopping.

LAURA
ESCROW OFFICER
Laura is an Escrow Officer at Envision Title. With nearly a decade of experience in the title insurance industry, she began her career at the front desk. From there, she worked her way through various positions including post-closing, accounting and funding. Each experience helped build her knowledge and appreciation of the industry.

Laura has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration. The combination of her education, work experience and attention to detail creates a smooth transaction for our partners and clients.

In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, teenage son and 3 dogs playing games, doing puzzles and watching shows/movies. When she is not doing that, she loves to read.

Audrea has been in the title industry for four years. Audrea’s bubbly personality, attention to detail and passion, ensure that her clients will have the best closing experience

Sandy has over 15 years’ experience in the title insurance industry. She started as a processor and advanced to a closer, where the majority of her business was from new home sales. She closed for a volume builder and a custom home builder, as well as resale .

Olivia is relatively new to title, but for the past three years, she has enthusiastically pursued both knowledge and understanding of the industry. She strives to support her team to ensure everyone succeeds in providing unmatched customer service so that each transaction is a positive experience.

A native Houstonian and University of Houston graduate, Joyce joined Envision Title as the Business Development Representative with over 16 years of real estate marketing and sales experience. The bulk of her career was spent in homebuilding on strategic marketing. Having worked for both private and large public homebuilders, she has a vast knowledge of real estate, the Houston housing market and is well connected with a wide network of industry contacts.

Joyce has a strong work ethic and a sincere desire to be an asset to help her clients attain their goals. She is eager to grow in the title side of real estate and sees every day as an opportunity to do so.
A resident of Katy, she spends her free time with her husband and two young sons who keep her busy and keep life exciting.

Joshua is a bilingual Spanish speaking Business Development representative and has been in the title insurance side of real estate since 2017. He has over 20 years’ experience in client building relations. His devotion in this business is to serve you and your clients and to provide a memorable experience for those who encounter him and the team. He feels so fortunate to have such a close knit team that truly has a passion to help one another better serve our clients.

Eva has 5 years of experience in the title industry. Her current position is post-closing specialist. She is eager to ensure that the last part of the transaction goes smoothly for our clients.

Jazmine started her career in title as the First Impressions Specialist. She quickly excelled in her position and was promoted to Funding Coordinator. Her most recent achievement was being promoted to Administrative Director for all offices. Jazmine consistently goes above and beyond to ensure that her clients and team have a positive experience with Envision Title.

ESCROW PROCESSOR
Becky is a licensed escrow processor at Envision Title. She has a Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology from Sam Houston State University. She also has previous experience as a mortgage loan processor. With her combination of lending experience coupled with title experience, she offers a well-rounded expertise to her clients. She was born and raised in Houston,TX. Becky enjoys playing video games & sports, is a huge foodie, and loves to hang out with family & friends in her spare time.

ESCROW FUNDING SPECIALIST
Giana graduated from Lamar High School. She was born and raised in Houston, TX. She transitioned from the beauty world to all things title and is relatively new to the industry. She started out as a receptionist and was quickly promoted to Escrow Funding Specialist. It has been a learning and fun process! She enjoys being outdoors or hanging out with her friends and family during her spare time.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Shannah Quinn lives outside of Houston, Texas with her two teenagers and rescue dog. She has worked in title sales for several years and enjoys the connection component to her role. She is an active volunteer for Direct Hope and Kids Meals, and supports various other non-profits through fundraising and advocacy.

Dev has been in title for almost 2 years now. He is also a licensed electrician. In his spare time he enjoys playing sports, guitar, and video games, as well as spending time with his family and friends.
