She has put together an amazing team that works efficiently together to provide an awesome title experience for the client. Over the years, Maria’s greatest pride and successes have come from creating and maintaining dedicated relationships with the people she works with, her partners in the industry and the clients she strives to serve with excellence.

Barbara has been in title since 2006, in her spare time she enjoys cooking, traveling and spending time with my family and friends.

Lisa Helmbrecht has over 43 years of experience in the title industry. Her passion is helping people. She can close residential real estate as well as commercial. Lisa loves spending her time off cooking, sewing, vacationing and most importantly spending time with her very large family.

Phyllis has over 30 years of experience in the title industry. She has a lot of pride in servicing many of the same customers she has had for over 30 years and strives to make sure her customers leave closing informed and joyful in the next chapter of their life. Family is everything! She has 2 wonderful children and 3 grandchildren who are the joy of her life. In her spare time, she enjoys reading her Bible, meeting ALL people, fishing and going on road trips!

ESCROW ASSISTANT
Cindy has spent 48 years in the title/escrow industry. During those years, she held positions as Manager, Escrow Officer as well as Escrow Administrator. She is experienced in residential, commercial and refinance transactions. She enjoys being a part of the escrow process from opening to the successful closing. Seeing happy sellers, buyers and their agents is what she strives for.

Outside of work hours, Cindy enjoys her husband, gardening and spending time studying the context & culture of the Bible.

Karin King is a seasoned real estate professional with over 27 years of experience in the industry. Throughout her career, she has helped countless clients buy, sell, and invest in properties across the state of Texas. Her extensive knowledge of the real estate market, combined with her passion for helping others, has earned her a reputation as a trusted advisor and expert in the field. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with family and her dogs, volunteering at local charities, and working on craft projects. Whether you are looking to buy, sell, or invest in residential or commercial property, Karin has the expertise and experience to guide you through the process.

Houston native and proud Texan. Kristin comes with several years of sales and marketing experience as Business Development for Title and Escrow. With her extensive knowledge of real estate and relationship building, bold entrepreneurial drive and creative eye for marketing she can provide opportunities to better facilitate her customers professionally by offering a clear understanding and vision of each customers unique situation and individual needs. Communication and customer service is her specialty.
