As President for Envision Title, Maria DeForest has over a decade of experience in the title industry. Maria's number one priority is to provide the highest standard of customer service. She is knowledgeable in all aspects of title insurance and related services, as well as escrow procedures.

She has put together an amazing team that works efficiently together to provide an awesome title experience for the client. Over the years, Maria’s greatest pride and successes have come from creating and maintaining dedicated relationships with the people she works with, her partners in the industry and the clients she strives to serve with excellence.

Maria enjoys spending time with her friends and family, whether it be traveling or just hanging out at home.

Lisa Helmbrecht has over 43 years of experience in the title industry. Her passion is helping people. She can close residential real estate as well as commercial. Lisa loves spending her time off cooking, sewing, vacationing and most importantly spending time with her very large family.

ESCROW OFFICER
Julie has over 13 years of experience in the title industry, having started her career as a receptionist and working her way through every role to become an Escrow Officer. Her well-rounded background gives her a deep understanding of the closing process from start to finish. As a bilingual professional, Julie is able to communicate clearly with a diverse range of clients, helping ensure a smooth and confident closing experience. She especially enjoys closing day and finds great joy in assisting first-time homebuyers.

Outside of work, Julie enjoys spending weekends with her husband watching movies and cooking together. She also loves spending time with her grandbaby and shopping with her daughters and mom.

ESCROW ASSISTANT
Melissa began her career in the title industry at Envision Title as a receptionist, where she quickly developed a strong interest in the work and a desire to learn more. With a year of industry experience, her curiosity and dedication led her into her current role as an Escrow Assistant, a position she truly enjoys.
As a bilingual professional, she is able to communicate clearly and effectively with a diverse range of clients, helping ensure a smooth and confident closing experience. She is always eager to continue learning and growing within the industry.

Outside of work, she enjoys starting her mornings with a good cup of coffee, running and working out, spending time outdoors, reading, and making meaningful memories with her family.
